RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
La Chatelaine creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price to the credit card used for the purchase.
You may return merchandise purchased by website or phone through the mail for a replacement or refund. To make a return by mail, please contact Customer Service at (866)-977-SOAP, Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email us at: email@example.com
- Please enclose a copy of the receipt.
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit.
- Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.
Purchases of Merchandise made through the La Chatelaine website, lachatelainebeauty.com, can be returned by mail. Please email or call 1-866-977-SOAP (7627) for more details.

After 30 days, and up until 60 days following the date of purchase, we will only issue a store credit or even exchange for any unopened Merchandise in sellable condition. Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged more than 60 days after its purchase date.
If you believe you were overcharged for an item, notify Customer Service at 1-866-977-SOAP, and we will refund any difference between the price charged and correct retail price.
